The Process

From planning to preservation, here’s how we work to exceed your landscape curbing and edging expectations:

Plan & Design

We’ll work with you to find the styling and colors that best fit your landscaping needs. We then measure and spray to mark exactly where the edging will be before we break ground on your project.

Cut & Edge

This step truly sets us apart from other concrete curbing and edging contractors. We cut a deeper and wider trench (2” deep, 10” wide), which results in a border that’s attractively plush with the ground and prevents weed growth.

Mix

The concrete color you choose is mixed onsite with the proper additives to ensure that it’s integrated throughout. This gives every inch of your decorative border long-lasting color consistency.

Take Shape

Concrete goes in, beauty comes out…Our extrusion machine creates your exact curb style and shape in real time. It precisely hugs the curves and bends of your space and produces a smooth, uniform look.

Finish & Stamp

Our pros use hand tools and trowels to finish your edging. We slice a control joint every 1 to 2 feet to allow for shifting from ground movement and our extreme seasonal temperature changes. We then stamp the concrete with your chosen pattern.

Clean & Remove Debris

Once your new Creative Curbz are in place, we thoroughly clean the area. We remove any excess concrete from the trench and your yard, rake up all debris, and blow everything away from the surrounding areas with a leaf blower.

Seal & Preserve

To lock in your new look for years to come, we apply a clear sealant. This keeps the color vibrant and protects your curbing from the sun’s UV rays. We also use several techniques to virtually eliminate cracking, such as expansion joints and running a steel cable continuously through the curb.

"We had this done about 8 years ago. Very satisfied! Still looks new. No more weed whacking where this was put in."
